What is the cost of the Data Analysis reports?
Answer: The cost is dependent on the number and type of reports required. We will provide you with a firm quote once you specify your needs.
How long will it take to develop the reports?
Answer: 2-3 weeks once again dependent on number and complexity of reports required as well as the state of your data.
Can we request custom reports?
Answer: Yes, you can. Please provide a detailed description of what you require with information regarding specific layout and where the data can be sourced.
Also note that the existing reports on display in our demo can be customised in terms of the colours and images used as well as the content displayed.
How will you access our data?
Answer: We will need read-only access to your database (or you can provide read-only access to a copy of your database that you update on a daily basis). The database is accessed once or twice a day for an incremental import of the data to keep your analysis reports up-to-date.
You can also provide other means of accessing your data like Excel spreadsheets that you can send to us on a daily basis to keep the reports updated or API links where we can extract the data from.
How do we access the reports once they are completed?
Answer: Once the reports are completed you will be given a URL link to the reports as well as an embed code that can be used to make the reports available to the relevant person(s) on your local intranet, school website or other data applications that will allow for the link to be added.
Please bear in mind that it will be up to you to protect access to the reports according to your local data protection laws.
